The Student Section
Student tickets are digital. Add yours to your phone’s wallet before heading to the student entrance, and bring a charged phone. Seats are assigned by classification and deck preference: 1st/2nd deck, then 3rd deck east, south, and north, then standing room.

Sellers set an asking price. Buyers set the most they’ll pay. The cheapest ticket goes to the longest-waiting student whose max covers it.

The short version of the student ticket rules, and how Handoff fits in.
How are prices set?
Sellers post a ticket at any price. Buyers join the line with the most they’ll pay. The cheapest ticket is offered first, to the student who has waited longest and whose max covers it. You pay the seller’s price, not your max.
How does payment work?
The buyer pays the seller directly (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, whatever you agree on) once the ticket shows up in their account, then marks it paid. The seller confirms the money arrived. If either side reports a problem, the handoff is reviewed, and a student found at fault is banned.
Can I change my price?
Yes. From the game page, sellers can change their asking price and buyers their max without losing their place, as long as an offer isn’t already out.
Can I send my ticket to a parent or friend who isn’t a student?
No. Student tickets can only go to current students, and the 12th Man Foundation app won’t transfer them to anyone else. For a non-student, buy a guest ticket during pull.
When does the ticket show up in my account?
Seat assignments land in your 12th Man Foundation account 24–48 hours before kickoff. You can match earlier, but the transfer happens once the ticket is there.
When is student ticket pull?
Pull starts 12 days before each home game: seniors and grad students Monday, juniors Tuesday, sophomores Wednesday, freshmen Thursday. Leftovers open Friday.
What if the other student disappears?
Either side can back out before the handoff is finished. If a seller backs out, the buyer returns to the front of the line. Report no-shows or anyone asking for more than the agreed price from the handoff page.
Is Handoff run by A&M or the 12th Man Foundation?
No. It’s an independent student project that connects students. Every transfer happens in the official app.
